HomeOur ServicesTraining and Competence
ARMSA believes in developing people, not for the sake of it, but to ensure that they are equipped to manage their roles and people effectively.

We recognise that technical and safety competences are inextricably linked, but much of the training available nowadays serves to separate them; our work does the opposite - and even if it requires some process re-engineering, the benefits are significant.

Our work is both client and sector focused, so whether it is pioneering a management development course for the power sector, or training managers in engineering construction sector to identify and manage the very thin line between the commercial and regulatory needs of its dominant supply chain, delegates leave our courses with a more comprehensive view of their role, and ideas for overcoming barriers.

Many of our bespoke courses developed using our regenerate philosophy are also accredited by professional organisations - so not only are our courses recognised by external bodies but more importantly, deliver sustained return on your training investment. One example that has already been recognised by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) in their best practise tailored training guide is the Managing Safely for the Power Sector course.
